Who we are

This website belongs to Barry Casey trading as BC Carpentry, a sole trader based in Tallaght, Dublin 24. Barry is the data controller for what you send through it. Contact: 087 774 8431 or barry-casey@live.ie.

What we collect

When you send the form we get your name, phone number, town or area, the job and anything you write. If you message Barry on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms apply to that chat.

What we use it for

Only to answer your enquiry and price your job. We do not sell it or pass it to anyone to market to you.

Who handles it for us

The form goes to TradeForce, the company that runs this website and its ads, whose lead system passes your enquiry on to Barry by WhatsApp and email. TradeForce only uses it to deliver the enquiry and to count which ads bring enquiries.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for your enquiry or job, and for the records the law asks a business to keep.

Cookies

Nothing is set until you choose. If you accept, Google may set cookies so we can see which of our ads bring enquiries. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by ringing or emailing Barry. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
